Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na zimn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu v r\u00e1mci \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky dos\u00e1hly zhruba 3,3 miliardy korun. Technika zimn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby p\u0159itom najela p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4,8 milionu kilometr\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e bylo spot\u0159ebov\u00e1no okolo 220 t\u00edsic tun soli a v\u00edce ne\u017e 216 tis\u00edc tun inertn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu. Na celkovou v\u00fd\u0161i n\u00e1klad\u016f m\u011bl vliv jak samotn\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh zimy, tak i rostouc\u00ed ceny vstup\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b pohonn\u00fdch hmot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm t\u00e9matem jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak byly p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm dopady v\u00fdvoje cen stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f na realizaci silni\u010dn\u00edch staveb. Zhotovitel\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d republikou v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b \u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed o uplatn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1rok\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s tzv. vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moc\u00ed, a to v reakci na v\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst cen vstupn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Tyto \u017e\u00e1dosti jsou od\u016fvod\u0148ov\u00e1ny geopolitickou situac\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fdm konfliktem v oblasti \u00cdr\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1stupci jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u016f si z\u00e1rove\u0148 vym\u011bnili zku\u0161enosti s p\u0159\u00edstupem sv\u00fdch z\u0159izovatel\u016f k financov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury a shodli se, \u017ee tlak na rozpo\u010dty je patrn\u00fd nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d celou republikou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm t\u00e9matem jedn\u00e1n\u00ed byl rovn\u011b\u017e nedostatek finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f v syst\u00e9mu. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdpadku financov\u00e1n\u00ed ze St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury, kter\u00fd podle z\u00e1stupc\u016f sdru\u017een\u00ed dosahuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4 miliard korun. Tento stav v\u00fdznamn\u011b omezuje mo\u017enosti pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a realizace oprav i modernizac\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po skon\u010den\u00ed zimn\u00edho obdob\u00ed je nav\u00edc na silni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edti patrn\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed jej\u00edho stavebn\u011b-technick\u00e9ho stavu. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jedn\u00e1 o v\u00fdtluky, trhliny, poruchy krajnic a lok\u00e1ln\u00ed deformace, kter\u00e9 se po zim\u011b objevuj\u00ed ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d celou republikou. Vznikl\u00e9 \u0161kody bude nutn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm objemem oprav, jejich\u017e rozsah je v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edmo z\u00e1visl\u00fd na dostupnosti finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed potvrdilo, \u017ee vedle projedn\u00e1van\u00e9 zimn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed hlavn\u00ed riziko pro dal\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed rostouc\u00ed n\u00e1klady stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed v d\u016fsledku v\u00fdvoje cen stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rok\u016f zhotovitel\u016f z titulu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moci a sou\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdpadek financov\u00e1n\u00ed ze SFDI.
